Skateboarding is North America's fastest growing sport. Once an outlet mostly for marginalized youth, skateboarding is now mainstream. The Annapolis Valley Regional School Board is the first in Canada to use the Skate Pass Curriculum to teach skateboarding in gym class! 
2010 Summer Skateboarding Camp 10 am to 4 pm daily We use the Skate Pass system to teach beginner and intermediate skateboarding skills in a safe, controlled environment. We also go swimming and play games! On the last day of the camp, we will take a bus from the camp location to the Greenwood Skatepark to apply our new skills. All equipment is provided: helmets, skateboards and protective equipment. Bring your own lunch, water bottle and swimsuit. Contact us for more information or to register.   |
